Every product listed on this site is supplied strictly as a research chemical for laboratory use by qualified professionals. By purchasing, you confirm and warrant that:

• You are purchasing solely for in-vitro research or laboratory analysis purposes.
• Products will not be used on humans or animals, nor as drugs, food, cosmetics, or dietary supplements.
• You have the knowledge, training, and facilities to handle research compounds safely.
• You accept full responsibility for the storage, handling, and use of purchased products.

Any use contrary to this section is a material breach of these terms and is undertaken entirely at the buyer’s own risk.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@blosigen.com if you believe your account has been compromised. We will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your credentials.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to keep that information current. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, violate these terms, or are used for fraudulent activity.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase. By ordering, you confirm you meet this requirement and that purchasing research compounds is lawful in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for compliance with all laws and regulations that apply to you, including import rules of the destination country.

Product descriptions, purity figures, and batch documentation (Certificates of Analysis) are provided for research reference. We make every effort to keep this information accurate, but it does not constitute medical, health, or usage advice of any kind. Products are supplied “as is” for research purposes.

All prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before fulfilment; if a corrected price is materially higher than what you paid, we will notify you and offer a full refund before shipping.

An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order — acceptance occurs when we dispatch the goods. Payment is processed at the time of checkout. We currently accept major credit and debit cards via our payment processor. All transactions are encrypted in transit.

Shipping methods, timelines, and cold-chain handling are described in the Help Center. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. Inspect your order on arrival and report any damage or discrepancy promptly.

Due to the temperature-sensitive nature of peptide formulations, we do not accept returns of opened or shipped products unless the item is demonstrably defective or was shipped in error. Defective or incorrect items must be reported within 14 days of receipt.

Where a return is approved, we will issue a prepaid return label. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned goods. We reserve the right to decline a refund if returned product shows signs of mishandling or improper storage.

Products sold on this site are research-grade peptide formulations. All product descriptions use structure-function language only — verbs such as studied for, research suggests, and associated with reflect the current state of scientific literature and do not constitute claims that any product diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents any disease or medical condition. No outcome is guaranteed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blosigen’s aggregate liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.

All site content — the Blosigen name, logo, product descriptions, images, and design — is owned by or licensed to Blosigen and may not be reproduced without written permission.

We may revise these terms at any time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Blosigen is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute not resolved informally within 30 days of written notice shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral institution.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Blosigen regarding use of the site and supersede all prior agreements.
